Glenorchy Knights. No defence as I watch it, Launceston could reach 5 or 6. Now just two but Knights are shocking.
ReplyDeleteKnights v Launceston City. 4 nil. No defence no midfield and no attacking options, no apparent ability to be coached either it would appear. Can’t pass, cant tackle, can’t shield a ball.
ReplyDeleteFive nil at half time, would appear that most Knights players believe a pass to a team mate is a ball kicked in their general direction give or take 5 or 10 metres and it irrelevant if there are opposing players standing in the way. Matty out on the left is the only player giving it a go. Not sure I can stomach a 2nd half.
ReplyDeleteClarence is rubbish
ReplyDeleteSomeone played this round with 5 yellows… strange that?
ReplyDeleteGlenorchy did get a goal in the end, so it was actually 6-1 Walter
ReplyDeleteDevonport 2 more new players ! How many have they actually signed this year !?
ReplyDeleteWhy you worrying what clubs do?
DeleteThose two new players both played in the game v Lonny United before the weekend off. It's called the transfer window - plenty of clubs used it to make changes to squads. Keep up please, or is this another case of the south of the state having absolutely no idea what happens up in the top half of the island?
DeleteWell being from the south I’m counting 12 players they’ve signed this year ! If correct they can not excuse another side of buying the league! The coach doesn’t rate Payne clearly or some of their u21s rather sign another mainland player and Launceston player coach can’t seem to get younger players better just looks to bring more in not great for culture.
DeleteOh the I know another clubs culture yet not involved in it. Classic comment.
DeleteWell compared to a few years ago we all know the coaches before didn’t sign a new team every season that in itself can’t be good for culture don’t need to be involved to see that, it’s just hypocritical like the above stated that people from Dev moan about SH signings when Dev have actually signed more, it’s so clear that one team is just coached better at SH
DeleteKnights were bad but take nothing away from City who very good. Can’t see City catching South though. But keeps the title race interesting. Knights will bounce back and will still be a hard team to beat.
ReplyDeleteI think Devonport will take points off them this week as souths pitch will suit Devonports Brexit style football on a terrible surface at Darcy St
ReplyDeleteKnights coach blaming everything but himself for the result.
ReplyDeleteYou obviously have something against Brian. Why don’t you put your name to your many posts instead of trying to rubbish him anonymously?
DeleteThe ground was my favourite.
DeleteLast year those players trained 3 times a week on the ground. Won the double. Going to be hard to blame the ground. Maybe not enough conditioning.
DeleteIs it true that Knights are without a coach?
ReplyDeleteSacked the coach after 5 games with no win. It’s a results game.
DeleteRough start for some of the new zebs players!
ReplyDeleteAny red cards in the south river game? Who’s taken over at knights?
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone have figures of Devonport penalties compared to other Clubs. ?
ReplyDeleteYes. How do I send you this data?
DeleteSouth clearly resting a few/focusing on the Australia Cup game with that scoreline in the 90th….
ReplyDeleteAny intel on the new coach at knights ?
