Glen Roland, the president of South East United, passed away last week aged in his 50s.
He is also a former coach of the club.
He was a tireless worker for the club and served in a variety of roles including on the club committee.
Roland was instrumental in gaining South East United entry to the 2026 Tasmanian NPL competition, which has become a 10-team league 9Ulverstone has also been admitted).
Roland played with Metro-Clsremont before becoming involved with South East United.
He is survived by his wife, Jo, and children Nick, Jasmine, Caitlin and Hayley.
Glen was also a player of Clarence United FC, a loyal friend, a devoted family man & a friend.
