United were a bit unlucky as they ripped the Zebras defence apart quite a few times but couldn't get that last pass or shot right .Saying that Zebras had missed chances as well especially the completely open goal and they still missed it ,the young fellows goal was a beauty that's for sure

358 United been unlucky for 3 seasons now. Won 1 game in all that time.

I thought Sherman outclassed and out coached South and Edwards, showed the difference in calibre of player which forced the result. Other than Morton, Knights tactically superior would’ve had themselves a result.

You would swear the mad irishman had just won the FA cup the way his social media reads. Lucky Launceston United didn't make a fool of him

Give it a rest mate

75% possession for South, 22 shots to 7, 16 corners to 2, but yeah Sherman outcoached Edwards because he played a low block and parked 11 players behind the ball for 90 minutes LOL

Great finish from Huigsloot in the South East game. Class finish

did you watch the game? united had 3 shots, and the keeper had to make one save. zebras hit the post 4 times and dominated.

Amazing goal by White Tip for South East.

The game was a horrible watch both sides. Neither side had any control of the game, I don’t recall 5 plus passes being strung together and don’t remember the woodwork hit 4x lol. A very hard watch to say the least. The zebras coach needs to give it a rest with how vocal he is.

Will they look to move their marquee man up top? I’m no coach, but with finishes like that, they could utilise him more for the money they are paying.

Think its fantastic to see Jacob back in the game after serving in the military. Hes really matured into a fine young man

It’s so difficult to tell when people are being sarcastic on this site sometimes

And praising 16 year olds each week isn't sitting real well with a lot of the squad i hear

you just backed it up with another silly comment. if you watched the game you would have seen zebs hit the post mulitple times. whats wrong with a couch showing passion? zebras were in control all game.

I agree with the above comments regarding Huigsloot. Hes is the best finisher I have seen since Corey Smith played back in the day

Great to see Greg Norman on the scoresheet for SEU. His goal was better than his moves on the dancefloor at Revolver circa 2010.

Thank you Jacob for your service to our great nation. Feel free to speak to the bossman and get Fuel Prices under control. Great goal from a long serving member of the community. #nowar #freepetrol

Souths closest game

All the other coaches must have no passion for thier teams then… there is a difference between coaching and shouting consistency for 90mins,

I was at the game, nothing to do with either clubs, a mere soccer fan and the level of the game was NC level at times. Control of a game requires more than 4 passes in one combination. Lynch is zebras only decent player and United still have Dan pay check Nash in goal he can only reach for the envelope these days.

Did Huigi strike make goal of the week highlights?

Only passionate couch I've seen is at Kitkat club in Berlin, and I'd have to say there was plenty wrong with that

South East will come good and take some points soon. Well done to Jacob also, hes been a shining light for the little stingrays off the field aswell, my son has learnt so much from him already this season

Fantastic play from Jacob, reminds me of my tik tok videos.

We need more players like Jacob Huigsloot & Corey Smith in the league. Real footballers. Smith is a missed commodity in tas football and used to put bums on seats, if you hated or loved him.

No mere soccer fan goes to watch Clarence vs united

Blast from the past is Jacob, I remember when he bit off more than he could chew in futsal.

Sadly the CEO lives in Melbourne and is out of touch and simply doesn’t care about Tasmania Football.

Unfortunately FFT is a basket case at present.

Is there any update on who’s coaching yet?
