Nothing that passion, effort & a $100k budget can’t do eh Zebs?

Cracking game in fairness, bad weather always makes for entertaining football!

The irony of knights complaining about another clubs budget. When do questions start to be asked about Shermanator and knights?

Anonymous said...

Struggling so far without the budget and multiple ‘ring ins’ . Let’s see how good the coach is without the cash and players from elsewhere.

Who do we genuinely think is spending the most between Boro, Zebs & Knights?

Anonymous said...

Pedagogy baby!

1. Zebras
2. Knights
3. Boro

6:59am thats absolutely spot on. Knights spent a fortune to win a tilte but now the moneys dried up the coach is exposed as is the club.

You could just ask a player who’s worked with both coaches and you’d get a clear and honest answer to who is levels above the other one.

.

I do believe the question about who is the better coach has been answered

Always a complaint over the money factor - it’s results driven and looking exciting at the bottom too Ulverstone Utd and sth east all 6 point games and now knights in relegation battle this is what’s it about

Zebras most by a bit than I’d say knights and kingborough are pretty even I think

Anonymous said...

It’s Boro and it’s not close which is crazy

If people know some of Kingborough’s player’s wages they’d be appalled, biggest spenders in the league this year. Clubs don’t like it but players talk!

Amazing to see the battle for the wooden spoon is already happening after how many rounds? Just add a few more teams in to make it more fun. Go you Reds

Devonport, Riverside Launceston City are paying huge amounts of players wages plus the agents fees that come with it...

Anonymous said...

South Hobart are top 3 in paying money to players. Have been for years.

Anonymous said...

How much is huge?

Anonymous said...

No they all play for the love of the game.

Anonymous said...

I’ve reliably been informed it’s the opposite, have mainly relied on paying their production line of academy players negligible money in exchange for better coaching + winning environment

Anonymous said...

That Glenorchy team is not expensive

Anonymous said...

Just because there not very good doesn’t mean their cheap

I love the delusional comments that come out every time claiming that South don't spend. You think Morton and Kemp are there for free? The assortment of players from the mainland and fella who used to be pro in England? Be honest with yourselves lol

Anonymous said...

9:13am either you have some sarcasm wit or you are head in the sand delusional. Hard to tell on here.

Anonymous said...

Correct neither is lonnie city’s full of kids both sides

Anonymous said...

No one claiming South don’t pay, they always have done, but comparatively they pay much lower than the rest of the teams in the top half of the league. All the players in the NPL know this lol

Easy to talk after 5 rounds

Anonymous said...

The only team with a wage bill of zero is south east

Even Ulverstone is paying good money for all their imports and imported Aus players.
