  1. Devonports mega mega apend on a striker had come back to bite them. 31 shots for 1 goal. Should have scored 5 or 6. All that money wasted. But well done boro

  2. Kingborough are going unbeaten for the rest of the season. They are winning the league.

  3. JINGLE BELLS JINGLE BELLS JINGLE ALL THE WAY, OH WHAT FUN IT IS TO SEE THE LIONS WIN AWAY

  4. Can we talk about the disgraceful behaviour towards Nathan Coad? From Emmanuel Ponce, disgusting in my opinion, should be at least a multiple week ban.

    1. It's his second red and yeah he'll be lucky to not get 4 games

    2. Seems to be a huge behavioural issue at Riverside, Ponce Second red half way through the season.
Surely this club has the most red cards this season in the NPL?

    3. I'd hate to be their accountant all their money going on fines...that's at least 4 reds so far this season and we are only half way through.

    4. Yeah well it’s not like the coach can do anything about it with his past behaviour setting the standard

    5. From what I hear the coach is the club accountant, dishing out money from his own pockets

  5. It seems like ankle protectors are making their way back based on that last photo of the Glenorchy player.

  6. Ponce probably won't mind if he is rubbed out as he is presumably about to head off to Paris as part of the Chilean Diving Squad.

  7. South needed River to go down to 9 men to mount a comeback and scrape a point. Shambles club

    1. Yeah Unsure why south struggled so much clearly not NSD ready....

    2. And didn’t River beat Boro? And Boro beat Dev? Both clubs with aleague aspirations (or whatever they’re fighting over) and pretty much the two clubs not vouching for a nsd team. The irony..

    3. Oooo someone's a bit touchy the reality is South should've been 5 points clear and choked even against 9 players...

      Delete
    4. Reality is all teams have played the same number of games and only one team is undefeated and top of the table …. South so end of argument …. Also should add the last games of this second round see Kinghts and Devonport play each other so let’s see how the table looks next week after the completion of round 2 but pretty safe to say South will still be on top and it’s up to the others to chase

  8. Another top display from the Boro keeper. Seems to do it every week. Young Wright deserved a goal. Another energy performance by him again.
Shooting practice for Devonport this week I think. They should have won by a mile.

    1. Agreed, he is absolutely class, best keeper in the league.

  9. Kingborough always finish strong, last season they won their last 10 games. This could happen again and if so we might have to start taking them seriously as the title favorite.

    2. Presuming you’re an uncultured money scum south fan. Your opinion does not matter.

  10. Riverside played well on the weekend.

I thought their captain was excellent and the number 4 defender too.

It was a mistake withdrawing number 4 (unless he was injured - he appeared to walk off without assistance).

Some more interesting games this week.
