Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Photo:  It's not every day one sees icebreakers from three different countries together in Hobart.  The photo shows the Chinese vessel XUE LONG passing Australia's AURORA AUSTRALIS and the American Coast Guard vessel POLAR STAR last Sunday.  If you zoom in you can see the main grandstand at South Hobart and the Keen's Curry sign in the paddock up on the hill overlooking the ground. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all my readers and football fans everywhere.
May you have a wonderful festive season and all the very best for 2020.

    1. That would be great. Back to back would really be on the cards then.

  5. Any other moves other than South Hobart players
    to Knights and Olympia?
Zebs must be struggling big time and may finally
meet their creator thanks to the most ridiculous decision
in the sport’s history in Tas. I expect Clarence to be the new
    Phoenix in the making.

  7. The new structures are doomed. Just imagine in 3 years time the 6th placed team in the Championship could be promoted If the 5 NPL clubs fill the top five spots then what will Football Tasmania do?.
    these problems wont go away.
Two people tried to reinvent the wheel and look where that has got the game, 7 years on and going backwards as far as structures go.
Why did Ft not leave the structures the same in the South as they did in the North? as we could have easy transitions for clubs being promoted and relegated .
I can't wait to see what the Magicians down at grove Rd come up with next.

  8. Didn't they just change the south to be exactly the same as the north?
