Pen in 89th minute
Who was the ref?

Who was the ref? Does it matter?

Unfortunately the livestream wasn’t up and running but no doubt 100% penalty if you asked all supporters at VR 😱

It’s just that the same ref seems to always be given the Port games and he’s very prone to giving them a pen, often very soft, even clear dives

623pm. Yep it was you know who yer again. Dev would average one every time with him and there have been some shockers given. Makes me wonder why. Not someone else hmm

The better teams should get the better referees. So why do Penvonport get this ref so often.he is not up to it. Would love to know how many dev games he has done and how many pens he has given to Penvonport. What a joke

Live stream was a joke !. Camera problem, but at 3.45 the message on the screen still said " Game starting soon" !!

Judging by the comments already on here, there was either a live stream of the game available that only people south of Oatlands had access to, or there was a crowd of 2000 at Valley Rd on Saturday. Amazing how so many people have seen the incident!

When was the last time you saw a Dev pen where the opposition protested the decision? Usually a pretty good give away that they are worthy penalties.

I think you’re a little paranoid. Nobody mentioned the ‘incident’ just the regularity of the same ref giving late pens to Port.
Even you around have to admit it’s been a lot.
Whether they’ve been deserved or not is a separate matter.

Funny how they all seem to construct their posts the same too.

Nearly as sad as people who comment and have a crack at referees yet don’t have the balls to do the job themselves or hide behind anonymous comments and no real name.

Didn’t you just hide behind anonymous while scolding someone for hiding behind anonymous?

No point arguing with refs against port

Did you see the pen given against Boro in the last meeting between the sides a few weeks ago? That decision was horrendous.

It is a real shame that we rarely got to see Kyle Vincent, nick naden and sagno as a front three for knights. That would have been electric.

Why is it there are only 2 referees that do Devonport games?

I love the ref bashing on this page. So many gifted referees coming through behind keyboards. Well done warriors.

Nobody is speaking poor of Chris Hey and his so called poor tactics after this weekends result in the wsl. I have total respect for the way that he has managed a CZ side that has lacked players this year. Getting yet another result against an unbeaten SH side while being a player down for the whole second half is quite the showing. My question is, how does SH not capitalise on this? Seemingly no change in play style or no look to go and score more goals. With the side they have and the quality in that side I would have expected a second-half battering in SH favour. Credit to Chris and the Zebras girls.

Anon 7.47pm.
Totally agree with you. Chris Hey changed his whole side around due to player unavailability. He adapted and the girls were awesome. That is what coaches have to do - adapt.
I also find it quite amusing that SH haven't posted the result on their facebook page - at all. Their Championship girls rate a mention about their game going to penalties and unfortunately losing but nothing about the WSL Girls. LOL. Sore losers maybe?

They were hardly awesome good goalie saved game ,who Hey didn't rate when he came to club.
Will he quit now as girls are leaving Clarence

What goalie? Players leaving already. You sure about that or just someone again stiring the pot as normal
