Older Eagles outclassed by YOUTH… maybe a sign of things to come during the season. Poor tactics from Eagles today - the club to dominate the championship shows a clear difference between CHAMP and NPL…

Might be a wake up call, don’t want to see the club go through the same transition they did at start of NPL. Time to birth the younger players before they move on.

Championship side loses to NPL side and you’re worried about their season. Lolzaaaaaaa

ehh idk anonymous, a big reason they won those titles was getting the older players back in and recruiting back 1/2 of beachsides senior team and Huigsloot - as good as young-ish players like Lesczynski and Johnson are, they were midtable before that happened.

That said the coaching staff changed this season, and they just got found out today by a better team, we'll see if it means anything for the champ season.

South aren't that young anymore but were far too fit.

Eagle seniors are set up as a championship club and there's nothing wrong with that. I think this'll be the final year at that level for a few of their veterans however.

Blow-outs happen, especially after going down to 10. Same happened to Eagles in the cup last year.

I'm no Eagles fan but wouldn't worry about their season, they have a squad built to win the Championship, which I suspect they will do again this year
