South didn’t win

Alex Walter got the first for South and then Kobe Kemp making it 2-0. City scored late to get it back to 1-2 but couldn’t complete the comeback. Despite what the stream scoreboard said, I can assure you that SHFC picked up the 3 points

Congrats Juventus Zebras

Anonymous said...

Yeah they did,
They scored 2 goals in the second half. The recorder just didn’t put it in on the stream.

Lonny United. Oh dear. Getting smashed by zebras. Please leave the NPL and make room for south east. Do something FT. The competition needs it.

Red card riverside. How many is that for the season.? Was bad last year as well. What is going on with the culture there.

Anonymous said...

Yes they did but if you tried to catch the end of the game on You tube with no sound you wouldn’t have that. Score was wrong for Dann half of the second half and still was not corrected at full time. Very poor.

All for South Hobart to lose now, can’t see anyone catching them, the wheels would really have to fall off. Devonport really took the draw against the Knights as a loss by their reaction. I think they realise they are now just too far behind. Either team could have pinched the win at different times later in the match but just couldn’t get that ball over the line. Devonport committed a lot of fouls, given by the ref but I thought he was very lenient with cards could easily have given a couple more. At the end of the day I reckon it was a fair result.

Lovely photo of Asuka Doi. Thats a balanced player.

A great game to watch extremely even, Nick o Connell would be best on the ground some top top saves especially second half.

Do you mean Clarence Zebras ??

Anonymous said...

Surely you are taking the piss!!!!
Also FYI it is Clarence Zebras , or just Clarence .

Anonymous said...

Not that there’s been loads of them, but hard to argue we’ve had a better female import in the state than Doi

Anonymous said...

Barton’s on Dillon was a yellow unsure how he gets away with so much he consistently fouls every week.

Anonymous said...

The YouTube stat's aren't always 100% but somewhat close, Devonport had double the shots on/off targett and Knights nearly double the fouls maybe check facts before you guess.
Devonport let another one slip.

She’s the best in the state alongside Whitney Knight, and they both play about 10 yards off each other. Devonport will be undefeated in the WSL again this year.

Anonymous said...

Aren’t Clarence still on the bottom?
Why should LUFC be omitted? Should be the other way around.

Kingborough making a comeback they are going to finish the year very strong, my favourite for second, although I reckon south run away with it. Second would be strong start for Fenech, if they can beat knights next week it looks promising for the young lions team down at the den.

9am comment- late as in the 63rd minute that’s not late in football, SH we’re hanging on in the last 30.

Anonymous said...

Knights front three, Dillon, Nades, Walpole are clearly best front three. Not sure why the team is changing every week. Second half was exciting and better.

Wait till the end of the season. United will be last. Zebras are a proud club and will bounce back in future. United have won 1 game in 3 years and won’t win another one. Let’s see how they go against south this week. It was 10 goals last time. Embarrassing for them and the NPL.

Anonymous said...

Because they beat 10 men of riverside ?

Anonymous said...

South were always going to win. City pretenders again

Anonymous said...

How many times has the coach dragged a player at halftime must be the 5 or 6th time

Anonymous said...

I'd be shocked if Zebras don't overtake United this weekend, playing Riverside who are without Gedi, they're on a high and confidence is a powerful thing. If United aren't last at the end of the year (for the 3rd year running) I'll eat my hat.

Anonymous said...

Poor argument. They were already up 3-1, and the red was given 10 mins before FT.

Anonymous said...

I thought Nathan Coad and his two ARs did quite well in the Riverside v Kingborough game.

No obvious errors, all the cards were deserved.

A penalty shout for handball in the 1st half was seen and correctly determined to be in a natural position, almost no errors by the linesman, but Kingborough should have definitely had a penalty in the 80th, but maybe an obstructed view.

Anonymous said...

Very uneducated comment. You clearly didn’t watch the game.

Anonymous said...

Boro beat 11 men 3-1. Gedi only missed last 5 minutes and did nothing anyway.

Anonymous said...

Okay so they will finish second because they beat a side with 7 points … muppets

Anonymous said...

They are 4 points behind so they can’t overtake LUFC

Anonymous said...

Not sure you can count, LU 1w1d = 4points, CZ 1w =3. In fact even a draw would put them ahead with GD...

Anonymous said...

What does the result say? I’m educated. 2 goals is more than 1?

Anonymous said...

Ladder is wrong. United should be only 4 points.

Anonymous said...

Is it still getting dragged or is it a tactical move in the modern game…

Walter said...

Yes, the ladder was wrong. Sorry about that. It’s corrected now.

Anonymous said...

It shows poor preparation to happen that many times
