Franco Previdi will stay with Clarence United in 2011 and will run the club’s ‘Premier Pathway program for boys’.

His assistants to begin with will be Mark Phillips and Eihab Khoury.

Other coaches will be appointed as the squads are formed.

This program is open to boys born between the 1 of January 1996 and 31 December 1998.

Boys wishing to take part in the program should meet at the Rose Bay High School oval at 5.30pm on Wednesday, 12 January 2011, and every Wednesday after that.

You should bring running shoes and football boots to all sessions.

More information may be obtained by calling Phil Randall (0417 564 533) or Franco Previdi (0438 429 703).

Eihab would have to be one of the nicest blokes i've met from my time at Juve.

He really is a nice guy, and those two will do great things for Clarences future.

Who is Mark Phillips, didn't he marry Princess Anne?

Your rite, great guy, but doesnt seem to stay any where long enough to have any impact. Changes clubs and rep teams like underpants.

Mark Phillips did marry Princess Anne but after 20 years together he realised she had a horse's head, divorced, originally moved to New Zealand to start a new life but is now involved in youth soccer in Tasmania. Apparently good friends with Mr Previdi.

real test of a character is how they handle adversity - or not.
