Despite earlier talk of a three and two horse race, this season was always going to be yet another "Devonport-and-who-can-beat-them" type of year. Next year will likely be the same. We also had two of the eight teams non-competitive all season and the three Launceston clubs finishing in the bottom four places. There is nothing to celebrate here, unless you are a Devonport supporter.
