The results would suggest other way round

Do the supporters in the stands at D'Arcy St realise that the audio quality on the Livestream YouTube is picking up all their comments?

Telling a player to go back to their own country (83rd minute substitution) is not only xenophobic and racist (and could/should be subject to disciplinary action) but more importantly lets your own club down.

Xenophobic & racist? Some kids yelling “Back to Canada” as a windup after a poor performance from an import? My god, you’re having a laugh right?

Anonymous said...

You have to be kidding me… are we seriously calling that racist and xenophobic lol

Who coached SEU? Their lack of communication on their socials is a worrying sign

Kingborough just don't have the quality to compete in this league. Best they can hope for is 3rd ! Speed kills - just look at the South's wingers 1.

Kingborough Lions are and will always be a community club. Everything from their coach, social media and NPL bench shows this.

Surely the club has a better option than a 40 year old keeper as a back up?

Maybe watch a game and find out ?

River were very fortunate on Friday night watching from the live steam, Syson would be an angry man with the finishing on display. Knights lost their best player in the 55th week before so unsure but they are definitely better than previous seasons.

Lions have huge culture issues success is measured in silver ware at the top level not finishing second or third .

Kingborough are the great pretenders of the last decade.

How many times have they been bullish about their chances of challenging for a title only to dissolve in the big games.

Watch for them to win games once the heat is off and the title is out of reach.

Glenorchy knights NPL first goal was offside

The u/21s competition needs a revamp, it’s not competitive enough and is it an u21s comp or u18s? You would not be able to tell.

Try 34

I know SEU have had a tough year away from the pitch but surely this NPL venture is being proven as far too premature.

They are now a bottom three side in the NPL, 21s, Champ and Champ 1. NPL and Champ they are bottom of the table. Winning Champ and runners up to Laka Cup must feel like an eternity ago.

When will ‘aspiring’ clubs and FT alike realise that more and more teams do not work in Tasmania. We need strong clubs across the board, not just more teams from each club creating a domino effect.

Hobart United losing 10-0 does not bode well either

Anonymous said...

Should never have been included in NPL

Anonymous said...

You are correct. Everyone with a football brain in Tas knows it. FT have simply made so many bad decisions for our game

And it wasn't even close
