If I was Chris Gallo, I'd be a little bit worried right now. They've hardly set the world on fire, despite being top of the table, but their attack is absolutely horrendous right now and it doesn't look like it's getting any better. Barnard, Bidwell and Denehey all off the pace massively.

Barnard carrying on after he scored the equalising goal looked pretty embarrassing to me... He was out of the game for 90 min, probably the strikers worst player , and then decides to mouth off at the opposition after scoring a routine header against an opposition you really should be dominating? Strange decision for me.

Kingborough were horrible today, and that's even worse that Devonport couldn't get a win.

Great signs if you're a Knights supporter...

I think you will find he was reacting to a lippy Lion who had had a bit to say.
Nobody wants Knights to win.
South looked slick last night and were the better team by far but not on the board where it counts.
Claberas should have gone on from 1-3 but again their defence looked like Swiss cheese. Riverside didn't give up and got the point.

I'm just waiting to see if the person who claimed "once Lions lose their first one, they continue lose".

Because since I called him/her out for being premature, they went to Warrior park and got a draw, and then played top of the table Dev, and got a draw - and unlucky not to win.

Looking forward to reading the excuse for your poor post :) Or maybe you will admit you were premature.

Great signs if you are a Nights supporter?
How is that?
Knights played them last week and lost.
What signs are you referring to?

Have to agree. Both teams couldn't string a pass together, the first touch of many of them was woeful, and Barnard looked like a complete clown with his carry on. Fancy acting like that when you snatch a draw against Kingborough.

Because they're still in the title race and a genuine chance to beat Devonport in my opinion...
They were the better side against Devonport in the first half and I think they are actually more lethal in attack.

Just look at goals scored... Devonport is level with Riverside. That is awful for a team that is leading the league and once others start scoring against Devonport, they will drop points quickly because their attacking play is simply not good enough. They are lacking a genuine forward like a Sanders, Mann, Sklenar type that can actually create goals and score them too.

Overall without imports and players from interstate the league standard is very poor this year. For the people who don't like players not from TAS this is the garbage you get to watch

So where was rob Clarke today did he get sacked during the warm up or something? Plus have the brown twins followed the old man out the door

watched a div 1 game yesterday . admittedly the ground was small but the standard left something to be desired

Still early. Wait to end if the season.
Will not be in top 4.

Rob Clarke was not consulted before Brown was flicked he found out by social media and that he was supposed to be the Coach from that point. He was not happy. Brown boys are mulling over there position at the club.

If this is the case which wouldn’t surprise me one bit then the Olympia hierarchy really are a joke. Let’s just hope that Alex Holmes gets a fair go

What a circus. Love to see the twins back where they began......of sorts.

“Mulling over what”

Are they in or no?

Maybe after this weekend they will have to work their way in off the bench.

Your comment wasn't about end of the season ladder position. Your comment was about how once they lose one, that they would continue to lose. Which they haven't.

Anon 11.08.
My apologies
I should have clarified how many games they will lose just for you.
I was making a point that they start ok every year and then drop down the ladder every time.
Wait until the end of season and see where they are.
Their only saving grace is that Clarence City and Riverside are worse than they were last year.

As an outsider, I actually think Kingo have improved this year. 3Ws, 3Ds and 1L after the first full round of fixtures is good. Given how strong Dev and Knights are, and how competitive South and Olympia can be on their day, to only lose one isn't bad.

Interested to see if the Brown boys stay on at Olympia..

I still think Lions are the team that will decide the title. They can't win it but they are the best team I've seen at the Den.
Port are the only ones that can lose it.

Agree the Lions have well and truly over performed this year for the style they play ..... Let’s wait and see how they go this week in the Laka cup should be their best opportunity in some years to progress but have a feeling South will beat them comfortably

This Lions team is alot worse than last year's team. This is how bad the league is this year
