I watched the Olympia v South game.
1st time ive seen the south girls play. Was a good game to watch. Mr Brown should watch the girls play. It might give him some ideas for the boys.

No chance. Nobody cares about women's football unless it is to bag out the clubs.

Why on earth would you even bother to make that comment? Why try and be negative and sarcastic about women's football, womble? Get a life!!!!!

I was being sarcastic on purpose dopey. I am life long member of the women's game here in Hobart. Played and coached for years. What was disgraceful was all the comments from people who didn't care about our game and just used it to pot one another. So I was being 100pct sarcastic. Anyway rather be a Womble than a Muggle.

Madam Cholet. If you are a supporter of women's football don't make sarcastic comments that give trolls ammunition. Your comment wasn't necessary as the article was results from the day. How about you write about how good the games were - positive comments. (If you actually watched any).

Ding Ding Round 2

I take umbridge at your assertions that
"all the comments from people who didn't care about our game and just used it to pot one another"
It was evident that most were about the Clarence club not wanting to further the women's game by taking any action in order to get the game played. It was all about themselves and the selfish attitude and the utter dis contempt by the Clarence club and their people toward the women's game. This was the issue and a fair one to blog about as well.

Dear Dopey Muggle. I not only watched games on the weekend. I coached one as I've done for 20+ years...bedtime for you...nighty night!

Are you sure you mean .... Dis contempt???. That would mean they had no contempt...

Gee better not bring up Olympias record then if you think CZ have utter contempt for the game by simply not agreeing to play at plastic Park.

If you have played and coached for about 20+ years and respect the women's game, why bother to make your stupid remark on this story in the first place? Maybe you are one of the "potters" and are responsible for a majority of the disgraceful comments you talk about. I too have been involved with the game for over 20 years but like to publish positive comments about women's football, unlike yourself.

Anyone remember when Olympia forfeited a championship decider a couple years ago???
