Hobart United, Glenorchy Knights, Riverside Olympic, Olympia Warriors, South Hobart, Devonport Strikers, Northern Rangers and Kingborough Lions United are through to the quarterfinals of the Lakoseljac Cup.
Olympia Warriors, South Hobart, Devonport Strikers and Kingborough Lions United won their games yesterday to progress.
Devonport Strikers, the holders, had few problems in downing Clarence Zebras 6-0 at Wentworth Park. They netted three goals in each half.
Clarence Zebras were coached by technical director Brett Pullen in the absence of Franco Previdi, who was on a family holiday in Melbourne.

The home side used top scorer Riley Dillon at right-fullback. He earned a yellow card and also conceded a penalty.
Their cause was also not helped when captain Ryan Cook was sent off in the first half when he collected a second yellow card after upending Devonport’s Spanish striker, Roberto Fernandez Garrido, when already trailing 3-0.
Devonport suffered a set-back early on when defender Kieran Mulraney and midfielder Aaron Kidmas suffered head injuries when they collided in mid-air.
Both required treatment but returned to the fray heavily bandaged. Kidmas was eventually replaced at half-time, while Mulraney went off near the end.
Garrido opened the scoring for Devonport when he got onto the end of a Joel Stone chip and hit a first-time left-footed volley into the net from the edge of the box.
Three minutes later, Dillon brought down Stone inside the box to concede a penalty, which was converted by Garrido to make it 2-0.
In the 34th minute, a Stone free-kick was nodded home by Toby Barton to give Devonport a 3-0 lead at the break.
Substitute Nick Lanau-Atkinson played a one-two with Stone and chipped a magnificent goal in the 68th minute to put the visitors 4-0 ahead.
Barton grabbed his second with a header from a corner in the 75th minute, while Garrido completed his hat-trick 7 minutes from the end to complete the scoring.
New Town White Eagles gave NPL side Olympia Warriors a scare at Clare Street when they led 3-1, but the Warriors fought back to win 5-3.
Eagles had Luke Huigsloot sent off after scoring two goals in the game.
South Hobart were untroubled in overcoming Taroona 3-0 at Kelvedon Park, while Kingborough Lions United thrashed Launceston United 8-1 at Lightwood Park.
Hobart United and Northern Rangers are the only second-tier clubs through to the quarterfinals.

Great tactical move Dillon at right back when he’s the only striker they have , first to get a card then lucky not to be sent with the penalty, gee nobody would have seen that coming if you have ever watched him over the years

What's Devonport's best 11?
They have 16 or so players that swap around and wouldn't make a difference.
They could field two 11s and win the league
