Knights probably 3 goal better side.
Thanks to Bradley for coming in we love the walter family go Alex!
Just watched the replay multiple times!! Where was the penalty ??
3 goal better side? Your having a laugh. All that money and you draw with kids.
From my angle watching the game there was clearly an arm from the defender pulling Noah back and preventing him from attacking the goal.
Alex Walters goal should not have counted due to the handball to control the ball prior to scoring.
I do however agree that Kinghts had the better of the game.
Robi then you would've seen Alex Walter controlling the ball off the bar with his hand, before sticking it in the net, then? At the other end there was a clear grab of the South player from the angle we were watching from. Having written that, Knights were clearly dominating t he second half almost totally, they played very well except for their finishing, probably deserved the win ultimately, but credit to the South boys for their backs to the wall defending.
Two points dropped by the Knights unfortunately, however the season is still young. You can argue all you like, penalty or not but it was right in front of the ref, would it have been given a free kick in open play outside the box?, all mute points. I would like to address a little point however, anyone at the game at KGV would of heard an ardent Knights supporter, who shall remain nameless, heckling Jayden Hey, I dare say much to the annoyance of South Hobart supporters. Much to the credit of Jayden, at the conclusion of the match he came into the Knights club house, I believe he was one of two people from Sth Hobt, shared a drink and some more banter. As is the norm the Knights coach spoke about the game and result etc, in response, Jayden spoke, said some truths and concluded with a comical plea for his harasser to please be shut up, it brought the house down. Jayden Hey is a very good experienced NPL player who plays the game hard and fair. He gives and takes as is the nature of the sport. I just found it very surprising that he was virtually the only representative from South Hobart to join in the social side of the sport and take advantage of the hospitality offered. It shows the character of the player and the man. Good luck to him for the rest of the year.
You should not be suprised at all, south hobart barely ever make the effort and never have to share a drink after the game. If knights dont sign a striker they wont win the league
Mick the other South Hobart players had to go home to bed.
It was passed bedtime.
Geez Mick you tapping up Jayden now? Haven't got a big enough squad?
No, i think we will be fine without him. just making mention on a lighter side of the game.
Remember when Kingborough won the summer cup but then asked for applications for new coaches???
It's nice to see they have finally decided to ignore, or get rid of former board members
I remember their former rhetoric and philosophy that landed them in the bottom half for years
I'm not a fan of them at all, jaded call me, but cant argue with results

What the hell are you on about ?
