On my Sunday afternoon travels around the grounds, it was great to see some former greats in action in the lower leagues.

At Wentworth Park, I recognised Scott Hadley, Nigel Blundell and Paul Bremner still playing.

At Empire Couriers Park, Sarah Fitzgerald was in action for Olympia Warriors against Metro.

Having seen these players in their prime, it was satisfying to see them still keeping fit and playing football, a sport they obviously love.
