I'm sorry but anyone who wastes money to go and watch NPL needs to take a long hard look at themselves. The quality of the football tonight was top notch. Championship football wins for me

Both sides attempted to use pace as their sole method to get into scoring positions and time and time again gave away possession - often through inaccurate long balls -not surprising given the wind, so why the long balls ?, because nether side could play out from the back - neither side had any patience in their build up and would not do well in the next tier of competition. Fast pace of the game and crowd enthusiasm made for entertaining viewing - but 'quality of the football'?

So will Hobart United by promoted?

Are you serious.
Hufc would give half the npl teams a run for their money.

Promote them then, and we will see!!

Congratulations to Hobart United who were electric last night! It is a shame about the heavy winds, but an enjoyable game. Loved it.

Anon 9.59 AM.
They probably could beat half the NPL sides.
Kingborough , Riverside and Clarence Zebras.

Kudos to Andrew Brown and Hobart United.

Brown is a very underrated coach. He did a very similar job at Clarence but the difference is that in previous seasons Hobart had been undisciplined. There is a lot of individual talent in that team but Brown had them playing as a unit.

The should attempt to win the Championship at least one more time before looking at the NPL.
