Bottom-side Taroona scored their second win against second-last Kingborough Lions United in less than a month in a Women's Super League match tonight [Tuesday].
This time it was at Taroona's home of Kelevdon Park, whereas the previous win had been away at Lightwood Park.
Taroona fell behind to an early goal by Kingborough's Cara Lashmar.

The home-side equalised through a penalty converted by new-signing Jessie Williams, who has transformed the team and contributed significantly to the two wins over the Lions.
Daisy Parsell chipped home from range just before the break to put Taroona 2-1 ahead at the interval.

A second-half goal by substitute Beatrice Thurston-Regan made it 3-1 for Taroona.

Taroona still trail Kingborough on the standings by 8 points after tonight's win.

Is Jes Williams the best Female player in the State?
She is definitely the best female player in the state, by far. Is making a huge impact with Taroona this year and did the same with Olympia last year.
