Olympia almost beat themselves as I commented on match preview.
They do not seem to want to play for one another. They have been like that all year
and are lucky they are still second.Boro lucky Olympia were so poor. They did not have many other shots on goal other than maybe one or two.
South are done for the year other than FFA cup to look forward to.
If their last couple of games is any indication they may get walloped.
A product of not giving loyal youth a go a few years ago . If Isky has gone they are in for a torrid time

Great game to bad the commentary for the live feed was done from a lounge room in town the atmosphere was electric but not from 20 Kilometres away .

Boro was rubbish and always seem to kick long from the goalkeeper and then hope for the best. Warriors were also rubbish as all they want to do is kick long balls and playback when there is no need too. I enjoyed the atmosphere at the Den but that was it..

Warriors were lucky. Turner cost his team in the end. Had he stayed on Lions would have surely won.

Champion teams find a way to win. Olympia have done this all season.
Scrappy but they are winning most of the their games nonetheless.
Devonport had better not lose or they may see their grip on the title loosened up.

Maybe the slice of cheese boys don't like the cold and rather enjoy air condition warmth .

You have to wonder what is next from FFT maybe they are going to buy a chopper and cover it from the air !!!!!!!!!!

Warriors missed young Joffery. I thought warriors were lucky to win. It wasn't a very good technical game to watch

2.39 pm. Champion team? They haven’t won anything yet.
That’s a bit premature isnt it?
Neither team deserved to win that game.
Boro in particular just humped long every time and hoped for the best.
Olympia went long too often when they didn’t need to and passed backwards
way too much when not necessary.
Pretty ordinary game.

Maybe FFT could hire a cleaner for the change rooms at KGV and a plumber .

4.00 pm. Yes and maybe the cleaner and plumber could run FFT in their spare time .
Couldn’t do any worse.

How can it be a live feed if your not at the game just asking .

Boro were exceptional in the first half, totally dominated possession with crisp passing, sure they go long from the keeper, but he doesn't kick it indiscriminately, he finds a target most of the time, then Boro win the ball in opposition half and keep it. Olympia were chasing shadows for first half, usually in their on half. (if you think this is bunk, have a look at the replay).

Then Turner gets second yellow and Boro need to be more wary in defence. However for almost an hour they were sensational in getting two players to every contest. Olympia couldn't even muster a shot. In the end they ran out of legs playing 1 man short for 60 minutes and the rest is history.

But even when a man short, Boro were able to mount some attacks, getting second goal and missing another when goal was open, it would have killed the game off. Probably should have had a penalty for a handball as well.

So Boro weren't poor, just ran out of legs and luck.

Always next week.

2.02 pm. Of course they were exceptional .
Which coach are you ?

Attributing the word exceptional to a team that the lost the game does not make any sense. This is why Kingborough will always be a club with a social mentality and without a high performance ethos. The team lost because it was not good enough to win.
