Women’s Super League leaders Olympia Warriors may well extend their 2-point lead over second-placed Clarence Zebras this weekend.
The Warriors should have no problems in brushing aside bottom-side University away at Olinda Grove at 2pm on Sunday.
Clarence Zebras on the other hand have a potentially awkward fixture against third-placed Ulverstone at home at Wentworth Park at 2.30pm tomorrow [Saturday].
Ulverstone drew 1-1 with Clarence Zebras earlier this season when they met at Ulverstone, while Olympia demolished University 9-0 the first time they met.
Going on those results, Olympia could potentially open up a 4-point lead at the top.
Clarence Zebras may have Danielle Kannegiesser back after a calf injury kept her out of the past couple of games.
The other game this weekend in this small 6-team competition is between fourth-placed South Hobart and fifth-ranked Kingborough Lions United at South Hobart Oval at 2pm on Sunday.
Only 1 point separates the sides and so this should be a close contest with some good football to be played by both teams.

With all due respect to Ulverstone, I think Clarence will win comfortably. I think they travelled last time without their best squad thinking a win was a given. Good luck to both teams.
CZ only travelled with 12 last time, simply due to illness, injury & unavailability to travel. It certainly had nothing to do with thinking it was a given.
