Devonport Divers Continue their diving and wingeing and once again get the rub of the green from the referee. Knights the better side and very unlucky. Familiar story like several other teams v dev divers in the past few weeks.

What a load of rubbish. I watched the game and support neither club. It was a game of two halves, Port all over the 1st half, Knights the 2nd. Port still looked the better team. Port definitely seemed to cop the worst decisions this week rather than Knights. ( Guessing you may be a Knight's supporter crying as your title sails into the sunset ? )

Football Tasmania love Clarence Zebras the amount of events the have held at, Wentworth Park in 2022 is unreal again on Saturday feel for the other clubs in the South .

635 am. You cannot dispute the diving and moaning of Devonport when things don’t go they’re way. They get preferential treatment from the referees especially at valley road. And they have been very lucky to win in previous weeks when they did not deserve to.

This preferential treatment idea is bullshit. It simply does not happen.
There is no time for a referee to consider the implications of one decision over another.
They call it as they see it. Referees may miss stuff and their interpretations may sometimes leave a bit to be desired. However this does not mean the decision is deliberate for one team or another or with malice intent. This an opinion formed over decades of watching football at all levels.

A certain Devonport supporter has made reference to tackles made against strikers perhaps have a look at the tackle made on the knights keeper in the 1st half Saturday. Clear red card

Funny I feel the same about South !

Yeah you’re right!
It would really make sense having the Clarence City Council alderman at KGV wouldn’t it?

I will give you a few clear recent examples to illustrate. The red card that should have been given to Devonport against the knights keeper this weekend. The softest ever penalty given to Devonport v kingborough last week at valley road. The clear goal that that lonny City scored v Dev that was not. given. Funny that dev get the crucial decisions that change games far more than anyone else.

Bollocks ! It was a 50/50 ball. Keeper's are protected.

Studs up straight past the ball Reckless force it's not just this season there are regular occurrences over the past 2 or 3 seasons

I'm sure all the Dev players are super offended being referred to as the Dev Divers.... Whilst they sit a comfy 11 points clear and playing on the national stage this week. Lolza
