New Town Eagles beat Metro Yellow 2-1 at North Chigwell last night in a Conference 2 Social Summer Cup match.

They were rewarded when William Staddon pulled a goal back before the interval.

The second half was an even affair with neither side being able to find the net and Eagles held on to win 2-1.

Hi Walter

I heard that your grandson make his men's football debut last night and according to all reports he was impressive against a strong and physical side. The future looks bright for the young lad.
