George Krambousanos has been reappointed as coach of Forestry Tasmania Southern Premier League club New Town Eagles for the 2011 season.

It will be Krambousanos's third season at the helm of Eagles.

Eagles finished in fifth place in 2010 and second-last in the 10-team competition in 2009.

"I'm extremely happy to be reappointed," Krambousanos said. "I am looking forward to it.

"We will try and introduce some new players. The more the merrier."

Kevin Clamp has been reappointed manager and John Muir will be the trainer.

Bravo Georgy! Great appointment Walter. He's definitely the man to lead Eagles back to where they should be.

Should Eagles be happy enough with a mid table finish? Let’s be serious for a moment, how many coaches in the professional world get handed three life lines. No results within the first 10 matches and some of the best are out the door making way for the next big shot to step in and try his luck where others have failed. Eagles need to whip the slate clean, enough of the same old story. New infrastructure from bottom up, start running the club like a business not a hobby!

Oh Walter you sly man. A MySpace-style photo? I thought you'd be above such antics. Despite your sneaky attempt to cover it up as being a picture of George, I think you and I both know that you like what you see in the mirror.
